    New TV Quality

I recently got a 42' Vizio HDTV, and its amazing.

I have Direct TV cable box, and was wondering if I could make the quality any better, cause it isn't that great..

Just looked at the back of my Cable box, it has USB plugs, is there USB-HDMI Cables?

Usually you need to call up your cable provider and have them provide you with a box that's capable of HD output. The standard ones they issue you aren't capable of putting out HD resolution which is why you're getting a subpar picture.

    This.

I have the same type (size/manufacturer) TV and the difference from when I had the standard box to the HD box was night and day. Using the HDMI connection will also be your best option.

To answer your USB -> HDMI question: no. Those are used for firmware upgrades or in the case of some boxes, playback from a USB device.
