Manually removing a virus (Trojan)

Hi.

I've ran several scans and a "TROJ Agent.AVYP" keeps popping up as detected. I use Trend Micro Internet Security and I keep it updated, etc. It says unable to quarantine and that I should remove manually? After the scans it doesn't give me the option to delete....how do I do this?

I also use a PC tools program that doesn't seem to detect it.

A pop-up notification stays up constantly thats rather annoying...only reason I'm bothering you guys.

Sorry if this is rather amateur problem =/
