dear BG mods:

i get the intended purpose of spam is to be a catch-all for stupid threads, but there are some stupid threads that don't even belong here. like it or not, the spam forum has a core population, a healthy amount of its own semi-regular lurkers, and more activity than some of the "legit" forums. from what i understand it actually negatively impacted bg forums as a whole when all the threads got purged. it's not worthless or useless even if some mods and more uppity BG-goers consider it to be, so please stop throwing any old crap in here. i'm not saying we're super important or better than anyone, just that your members who frequent this forum deserve the same consideration given to everyone else. not all of us participate in FORAM RAYDZ when we get angry about mod decisions and most of the posting done in other forums is pretty innocuous.

tl;dr: our shit's not that bad, please stop adding the really terrible kind.
