Who knows, as the common advice says, start bazaaring them ridiculously high and slowly work your way down.

Ones i've seen have been 20 to 25mil, geuss they only that price as its only useable by one and Dusk is useable by alot more jobs.

^that. Dusk +1 feet for 3% haste all the time @2-3M, or 4% haste most of the time @20-30M.

Though I'm pretty sure that anyone with the gil to blow on them probably would for the epeen alone. Or make good use of them and keep some dusk on hand to swap when hp drops (used to do that with NQ uni and dusk, lol).

So yeah. Bazaar for 30M+ and work your way down imo as well.
