A few things on one of my account became stolen etc etc. Sob story no one cares.

What I was wondering is after a Game Data Recovery that anyone has had, will it reset quests and/or missions? I just don't want to finish any and then become reset afterward making doing them completely pointless.

they roll your character back to a certain point in time , the more accurate you can be with when you were "compromised" the better off you're going to be.
But yes its a roll back of everything, including missions done.

So don't bother doing anything on that character til the roll back is complete.
