Aion Macros

Anyone know where a completed list of macro variables/command/tutorials can be found? I've looked around and many sites seem to have incomplete/outdated or Chinese/Korean macro commands. I'd like to find a place with, if possible, all the available and updated macro commands/variables.

Anyone have any idea if it's possible to show the cooldown of the ability on the macro itself like in WoW with #showtooltip or w/e the command was?
