the proper way to do it is to cancel your ID's. thats all.

I really don't get why anyone feels the need to do this kinda crap when they quit. shouldnt it in theory be as easy as canceling the account ID? Not only that but if you REALLY have that much of an issue with being able to quit ffxi then something like a ban aint gonna stop you when there's plenty of accounts one can buy instead if you're that desperate.
