Building a new computer, please advise

Hi. What I'm trying to go for is something that will last me a while, maybe until the next generation of games. Eventually, I'd like to upgrade to an i9. This is what I have so far, please critique and/or change out whatever you think would be better. Thanks.

Feel free to change out whatever necessary. My budget is 2k. With this current setup it comes out to just under 1900 before taxes. Thanks for your help.

    - SATA-300 and modern 7200rpm drives, combined with the rise of SSDs, have pretty much made raptor drives obsolete and overpriced. And 300 gigs is really small as well. Go with a pair of 750s & set up a RAID 0 config instead. It'll save you some money as well, which you can use to..

    - Get a better cooler if you plan to overclock. I checked out a few detailed reviews of the Kingwin unit and its low price is great but they got it by cutting corners on manufacturing and finishing, which greatly affects how well the cooler can pull heat away from your CPU. And the mounting bracket doesn't include a backplate to hold the pins in place or prevent your mobo from warping. Try out this one instead (I wish the Noctua one was still available ugh).

Everything else looks pretty good. (The power supply might be slight overkill, tho it should be close to perfect considering you have a dual GPU video card in the mix)

well you might as well go with a card that supports dx11

5870 comes to mind, 200 bucks cheaper too.
