Monitor Help!

So I've always used a VGA cable with the DVI adapter for my monitor cable and never had any problems. Last nite I built my new rig, and I got a 4870GTX but now my picture is rather blurry.

What I'm wondering is whether or not a DVI cable can help the blurriness or if there is some sort of setting in the catalyst drivers that I can change to improve picture quality.

it shouldn't be blurry unless the cord/adapter is bad, perhaps it's on a bad resolution? cables are decently cheap, and should be returnable if it still doesn't work. Maybe try working with the monitor settings, degauss

I'm just a moron... theres a button on my monitor called "Auto Adjust.." it works wonders...
