Hm, well. First off let me get this off my chest: HAHAHA. Oh god.

Now then.

I was in TheAfterLife with Anesti on Ramuh, he was one of the few people that got kicked. And the only people that got kicked while I was there for 7-8 months was 1 guy who failed trial because he stopped logging on in the middle of it. Why was he kicked, you ask?

Anesti was universally hated by every person in the linkshell, all sacks included except 1. Only one person defending him is the reason he stayed within the linkshell. She was the sack who defended everyone, and treated him like the fuck up son who everyone is sick of, but she just didn't want to give up hope on.

When I joined I got told to avoid Anesti at all costs, which I figured was true because 90% of the linkshell had something negative to say about him. He is the kind of guy who when he joins a linkshell will be all buddy buddy, play 24/7, and do anything to please. However, once he gets settled in his personality actually starts to show. He is a loot whoring money grubbing piece of shit, who will sacrifice any person who gets in his way to get what he wants. (Inviting someone who claimed ka then kicking them when the belt drops was one of his greatest hits.) He went out of his way to be a huge faggot to everyone in the shell. I never liked him because he was a shitty player and his gear was sub par. I would prefer the asshole who plays well to the nice guy who is terrible. Anesti was terrible and a fag, so defending him was impossible.

He finally got kicked because he refused to listen to what the shell holder told him, he was intentionally creating drama by putting nasty comments in his seacom about other linkshell members because he got out-bid on a Nashira Head. He thought he was being funny because he put it into greek but someone else in the shell knew greek and asked why he put it there. Shellholder told him to erase it, he said no, he got kicked.

When he got kicked, no one was sad. In fact linkshell chat was filled with a lot of lines such as "Fuck, about time" or "LOL FINALLY".

He's worthless, and I can't see a shell like Excellence taking him regardless if he has good gear or play time. You're going to end up kicking him when everyone realizes how he is.

tl;dr - Avoid like the plague, not worth your time, more drama than it's worth.

The guy is a Beverly Hills play-ffxi-all-day-silver-spoon-no-job douchebag. Uryuu pretty much summed up everything. He was decent at the beginning, but after trial he started not showing up for events, stepping on people's toes, loot-whoring and showing his rotten attitude towards everyone. Very soon after his trial was done he also pissed off one of the sackholders on Vent, and as a consequence he stopped using Vent completely. It was bad enough that he didn't pay attention to typed instruction..

To be fair, I think I was one of the last people to want him gone. It takes quite a lot to get me angry, unless you do something really blatantly shitty or you show off hypocrisy. For a while I actually was wondering why people were shutting him out, then for a while I watched him go downhill and just thought "as long as he doesn't piss me off, whatever."

The exact moment when he hit my shit list was during a salvage run. Earlier that night I had outbid him for something (forgot what it was..), and since he was calling cell drops for our salvage group he decided it'd be funny if I got cells last, even the ones needed so I could help the group (I was on BRD). I figured out what was going on fairly early and made it known to the entire group.. tho by the time I had access to actually do songs or use an instrument we had wiped twice and he dropped flies.

After he was kicked from the linkshell, he followed us around with his mule (Morti) in tow for at least two months.. stealing TODs & claiming/holding HNMs to hand over to other linkshells, mooching off our scale so he could dual-box Uninvited Guests.. I think he ganked Dynamis once or twice in front of us. Eventually he got into Pixies (a rival EU-based ls), probably as a result of feeding them TODs. You'll probably want to speak to them as well to get a full picture. I'm sure they'll have plenty to say.

Well since he has been in Pixies he has been fine. He does work/school so don't trash him like that. If you gonna trash him stick to the facts.

With all due respect, those were the facts when he was a member of TAL. I'm not privy to his actions while in Pixies, nor do I personally care.

I ran a Salvage group which he was in for about a month or so, he was okay for his trial, but after a while, his attitude just really started to diminish. We were never really sure if he was just joking when he snapped at people, or if he was serious, but either way, it really tore up some of the piece that the group had been maintaining before we got him.

We had a member who had been on the list for Morrigan's Pigaches, but was 0/3. Anesti was 2/3 on it, ONLY needing the 25 to complete, but the member refused to let him lot on them with priority above her because Anesti hadn't put it on his list of wanted gear. I can see why this would be unfair, but it was just the rules, and Anesti didn't really take it too well when we said that she would have lotting rights over the first Bodb's Pigaches that dropped. There was tension that grew between them, and even though it wasn't /that/ big of a deal (lol 25s drama) to the group, he seemed to force it off as one.

What followed were some random runs (out of the many successful runs that we did) where we did make some mistakes that had to compromise the run, but Anesti made a really big deal out of the fact that we messed up, or at least, that's the type of vibe that he gave off on vent. It wasn't fun at all to have him complaining about everything. It wasn't pleasant either when he tried backseat leading the group with his own strategy/ideas, and complained when we didn't do it the way he wanted.

I eventually was forced to kick him due to all of this. He didn't really take it that well either, because when I told him that I was going to drop him, he told me all the stuff he said was just a joke, but either way, it wasn't a very pleasant experience to have him around.

Well, after Anesti got kicked from TAL, he was asked to join Empire. Many people objected to this, due to many of the reasons the people from TAL have already list but the shell holders decided to ignore it and give him a chance because they thought it would mean something to have "taken" someone from TAL.

Well, early on, he didn't make very many friends. Didn't listen to any of the leaders running events, just did his own thing if you didn't listen or do things his way. I remember a Limbus run was lost because he refused to listen to those who were leading it and did his own thing.

Despite the objections of the shellholders of empire, he didn't pass trail and was removed from the shell for having a bad attitude, not listening to officers, and generally putting everyone down. Now, getting kicked from Empire says something because, as im sure many can attest to, they take ANYONE and its rare that they will remove people.

Some time had passed, and he found his way into my salvage group I had at the time. Now, at first, everything was going pretty well, running smooth, but ofter time, he started to complain about everything. How we ran, what we did, how drops worked, zone rotation, who got what cells, stuff like that. He showed early on that he only cared about himself, and wanted all drops to go to him before anyone else.

Now, I know both times he was kicked from Empire and the Salvage group, he cried both times about wanting to come back and that he was sorry and that people just don't understand him. Obviously when it didn't work, he changed his tune to how he left on his own and that the group sucked and stuff like that.

Basically, he will act friendly if he wants something out of you but will turn on you quickly.

So just curious because I actually took the time to read this cross server thread. Is he not listening to what shell/sackholders are saying because they are idiots and aren't doing things correctly or just because he prefers his own way? No one was really specific about how he didn't listen

I have an entire list of items i obtained from TAL during my time with them, ill post it later once i get home.

The real problem in TAL began with feril. I had been camping Tiamat for over 6 months, never missing a window and helping others get gaiters. When i finally had enough points for them, feril out lotted me on them for his 1 week old blm. Of course i got pissed off, why would i not?
Gear was "supposed" to go to members who could use it best and have it benefit the linkshell itself. Of couse after that, dimmu ended up lotting gaiters with me, and Eod had his points checked and he didn't have enough to max them. that's pretty much when things in TAL went down hill. I didn't personally go and check his points, EOD did. However Feril was always under the assumption that i had done it.

Salvage:
constant mistakes, over and over. yes the group was good and that's why i wanted to stay in it. however, i was removed so 2 new people Edyn, and Darwyn could join. Because khaiden had wanted them to join. Lets not make up stories and lie that the group was functioning great.
Also, i was supposed to lot 1vs1 vs dahlea for the 25 morrigans because she was 0/3. Yes, she did have them on her list, however, it seems to me and many others that it's pretty selfish NOT to allow someone to complete it. I would have let her lot if the situation was reversed. However after our first ZR, they didnt drop. The following run it DID drop, and she told me to pass, even though she had previously told me that i could. was i not to get upset when she up and changed her mind?
I was supposed to magically know that it was a 1 time lot for the previous ZR?

If you want to take things out of proportion and blow the facts from what they really are, go for it.

also, uryuu doesnt speak greek nor does he really understand it. you did a piss poor job translating it, and i was never told to remove my seacom. just translate it.
and i never kicked anyone out of party to lot my vbelt. Get your facts straight before you run your mouth assuming.

Apparently the leader i didn't listen to was Rylei, the one who stole the LS bank from the other server and jumped to Ramuh.
he would list out instructions before EVERY event.

The limbus run that got messed up, was Rifters fault.
There is a specific order to pull elementals in Temenos to avoid fighting anything other then ifrit and carbuncle, and he wouldnt listen to the order i had said. Which is why we wiped.

don't blame me for others blatant mistakes because they felt they knew more or were more knowledgeable.

Basically, bad attitude, and if he doesnt like the way you do things, he will take it in his own hands to do things how he wants which will cause confusion.

Skill level wasnt very high from what i've heard/seen.

He was mostly WHM for salvage so its kinda hard to fuck that up, but when he was on MNK or BRD he tend to wonder off and do his own thing and not follow/listen to the group.
