I'm considering selling my DS, but theres 1 or 2 games that I do not want to get rid of just yet. I was wondering if anyone knows any good DS emulators so that I can sell mine without losing out on the games that I may want to play in the near future.

No DS emulator plays all the games perfectly, and most new games wont work until the developers of said emulator make it work.
With that said, you can check out http://www.ndsemulator.com/ for the different ones and their differences.
As for me ive found No$GBA to be good.

What about Psp emulators? Are those any good?

Cant say ive heard of a PSP emulator, but im sure there is one.
