Based on the information I gathered, we've decided to accept Caerloc into Finale.

Caerloc history: *Was a member of Integral. *Asked for a sac from leader. *Leader gave him a sac. *He never lead or was in charge of anything. *The NA leader was a tarutaru, whose name will not be mentioned here. *Caerloc quit game and gave the account the JP leader. *The leader got him usukane and morrigan. *The cerb+1 and haides sainti+1 belongs to the LS lead. *He comes back and tells member he is only there to sociallize. *Then he jumped server with leader's items. <True Story>
