Anyone having trouble logging on? Can't log on any of my 4 accounts due to 'invalid certification' POL-5311.

tl;dr anyone password/info fucking up this morning? Can't log on anything from 2 PCs/4 Accounts, Caps locks isnt on etc.

it worked for me. I had to try two times, but I believed i typed it wrong. TO make sure I just copied and pasted it to make sure i typed it right.

I had a problem where I screwed up typing in the password the first time, and from then on no matter how carefully I typed or copied/pasted, I could not get in for 5 minutes or so. I don't recall the error code, could have been 5311. You could also try logging into the web site, I tried that both times this happened to me. Dunno if that helped or not, but definitely after letting it sit for 5 minutes I was finally able to log in.

If you type it in wrong 3(i think) times in a row, there's a ~15min period where you cant log in. any attempts to log in during this time "reset" the 15min timer before you can log in again.
It's a p/w guessing prevention thing.

I believe it's only 7min, not 15min.

I believe the lockout period may occasionally (erroneously) trigger after one failed login attempt. Because the second time I had this problem I copied/pasted on the second attempt and still couldn't log in.
