Is it true that Rape is how you say hello in Japan? If this is true I wonder if the rapers use condoms because otherwise I can see a large pregnancy and STD problem in japan. Also, how would one collect child support without knowing the father. It would probably have to be managed by the government and it would support all children and tax the populace in order to subsidize the raising of said children.
