HTPC Question

I'm going to be putting together a dedicated HTPC in the next few weeks and i've already priced out a few parts. I had a general question as to what TV Tuner Cards would be recommended and if PCI/PCIe should really be an issue aside from the speed difference. I'm looking to record off an HDTV source, so it will need to record at a decent speed. Also, I'm interested if anyone here has built their own and has any tips. I've recorded SDTV on my laptop before using a simple usb tuner, but i've never built a dedicated HTPC. Oh, last note I suppose, i'm putting Windows 7 on it so I'll have Media Center and the Guide built in. I'm just looking for a decent tuner.

I'm not sure how nice your sound system is, but if you plan to play bluray quality audio you need to get one of the newer cards to do so. I suggest reading the following:
