Gamecube Emulator technical issues

Ok, I know my PC is more than qualified to run a Gamecube emulator, but for the sake of argument I will provide the info on what I am running. Plus my issue.
PC specs:
i5-650 CPU
8 GB RAM
ATI Radeon 5770 HD 1 GB
OS: win7 64 bit
Moniter: 20" HD Max res. 1600x900
Emulator: Dolphin SVN revision 4771, it is for 64 bit OS

My issue:
In specific, when I run Twilight Princess I get the most issues. There is a black line that goes up the middle of the window, and the audio is either absent or glitchy, as in I only get half the audio. This is not to say I get issues with other games. Windwaker I will get glitchy music, Soulcaliber I get a glitchy screen.

It seems the most problematic issue is the audio, so I ask the community to see if there is a way to fix this? Does the problem lie in the ISO or the Emulator? Any ideas are welcome as I just wanna try and figure out what may cause this.

I've tried playing tp using dolphin 2.0 (and another build). The audio issue is a current limitation of the emulator iirc, until a certain update I don't think you even got any sound. As for the black line, I have no idea what would cause that, you could try DLing the ISO/Dolphin again if you have time/bandwidth (doubt it's your PC as you didn't mention other games having the line).

Dolphin has a forum and is up to r5456, so you've got a very old version of the emu. http://forums.dolphin-emu.com/forum-6.html for new builds (read around for issues and things), and http://forums.dolphin-emu.com/thread-21.html for TP discussion (very long thread), they'd know a lot more about your problems I figure, but do try the newest svn build and see what happens.
