PSN store question

This was a monumentally dumb mistake, but here goes: I was browsing the PSN store, saw Dissidia for sale under "PSP Games." Now, I assumed that since there are PSP games for sale on the PSN store, along with PSone classics and PS3 games/demos, that I could actually play the PSP games on my PS3. Needless to say, I was fucking wrong and I blew 40 bucks since I don't actually own a PSP. Worth calling up Sony about to ask for a refund or just live with my $40 mistake and buy a PSP at some point in the future?

Wouldnt hurt, worse they can say is no. I would just ask for a 40 dollar credit in return for removing you "purchase" icon from the game. I would imagine they could see when/how it was downloaded, if it wasnt downloaded to a psp system under your account(you have 5 uses for you purchase) i dont see why it wouldnt be fair to give you a 40 dollar credit in exchange for removing your "purchased copy".

Idk though..be prepared to ask for a supervisor. Gotta do whatever you can. Just dont have full refund as your priority.
