FFXI Connection issues

Ok this happened an hour ago.

Was playing FFXI when all of a sudden the connection drops.
Happens sometimes, no big deal.

I go to restart and all of a sudden I can't get past the "Checking Playonline Viewer Version" screen. I keep getting POL-1160 error saying the Network is Busy.
One time I did manage to get all of the way to the 'Downloading Data' screen right before log-in before it froze on me again and never connected.

Also, everywhere else the connection is fine. I'm typing this from the same PC that I'm trying to run FFXI on with no problems.

Edit: Someone on Alla posted problems also with Cox, which I have as ISP. Anyone else having issues?

I am running on a MBP with Bootcamp XP if that helps.

Any thoughts?

I've been having problems on and off for months but the past three nights in a row it's happened between 1-3 AM EST. I've got Time Warner.

just was able to log on.
zoned and then froze at black screen between zones

Edit: I can log on to a mule just fine.... on the same Content Id. Wtf....

think it may have been a problem with cox

seems to be fine now
