Error 0x45d
My laptop cant finish booting now and the repair disk gave this as one of the errors in it's log after I tried to repair vista.
Safe mode wont work because it locks up when I try to do anything after booting up. The HD seems to be corrupted I guess and safe mode cant pull my user profile out either.
Does anyone have an idea on how i can fix this or figure out more about what's happening?

Sounds like it's fucked, but I'd try borrowing a SATA/USB bridge adapter and try to extract your data by hooking it up to another computer.

All good now. Just gotta re-download 3 months worth of shit and got 7 hours of xi downloading to do plus the 14 beta.
TUrned out my secondary problem with reinstalling windows was my driver's CD acting up and pretending it didnt exist.
