I'm just wondering, if you have the collector's edition, are you gonna make a new character to get the goggles? I was told the code is in the box so I think every first copy has them.

I have a character already from the collector's edition, I just assumed that it would appear in your inventory. Is it only given to new characters?

Both the items are pretty much pointless, I don't get why people are buying them.

My guess would be that some people (like myself) like to collect stuff, even if it does end up kinda useless. And it's an item you only get with pre-order, so if you don't get them soon you likely never will. I've seen some of the codes going for a mere couple $$ on ebay, so it's nothing that would break the bank either.

That said, I'm also looking for a garlond goggles code, so if anyone has one they don't want/wanna sell/give away, feel free to PM me~
