Very comprehensive. I'm going to ask a dumb question here. How do you unlock Emperyan WS so you can use them with any weapon? And what WS should I be using with Thf? I'm using beginners gear.

I wasn't aware of the "empy ws" page. I had been looking just at Rudra Storm page. I didn't know it was unlocked to all weapons once you hit 90 on the trial. That's pretty cool.

as i strive for the "Max" sets in my play in ffxi one thing that bothers me a bit
will the adhemar bonnet in tp set really beat out plunderer's +3 for tp? yes plunderer's is a bit ugly but
it beats nearly every stat or matches the adhemar. the only thing i see adhemar has the plunderer's doesn't is subtle blow and crit hit damage.
is this enough to make it the best?

I'd imagine it's because of the flexibilty of the 4 augment paths, but outside of THing abyssea drops, I don't play THF much, so I couldn't say for certain.

I believe it's because you're using the set bonus w/ adhemar hands for the extra crit rate, at first glance.

What's the reason for not using Fotia Belt & Gorget for Rudras? Would they be a decent alternative if I don't have Caro & Grunfeld?
