lmao
Looking forward to one of these idiots pulling Biden from their ballot for "insurrection" and their state's supreme court laying down the Princess Bride Ruling.

Hunter Biden appeared at his own contempt hearing, republicans said he was a coward and refused to talk, quote “You have no balls.” Biden offered again to publicly testify and answer questions and republicans went REEEEEEEEE not like that!!!
With how much they love his nudes you wouldn't think they'd doubt his ball-havingness.
It was time to me to recertify my income based repayment plan on my student loans so I applied for Biden’s SAVE Plan. I used my 2022 taxes since I haven’t filed for 2023 yet, so it’s basing it off what I was making at my shit retail job. My monthly payments are going to be $1. Holy shit.
ELI5 How does that work? Is it some kind of loop to basically forgive your debt by making it $1 a month until we’re a type 2 civilization?
EDIT: Nvm
It puts you in a 25 year repayment plan and caps your monthly payment at 10% of your discretionary income. In my example it said my loan would be finished in 2048 and (assuming I pay $1 a month that entire 25 years) it will have forgiven about $70k accounting for interest. I won’t accrue any *new* interest, but all interest to this point will continue to acrue at the annual rate. You have to recertify it every year so I’ll only have that sweet deal for the next year. You do have to pay taxes on the amount forgiven (pending a legal challenge).
Well heck I gotta see if that'll apply for my law school loans.
Seems like Biden is forgiving my college loans in February, the article I just saw said anyone who's carrying debt older than 10 years and less than $10k will get the remainder stricken. Only about $4k for me but I'll take it.
dollar a month is pretty incredible
I just saw where if your loan is less than 10,000 and been in repayment for more than 10 years, It'll be forgiven in February if you apply for SAVE. I have a such a loan from undergrad that was in deferral through grad school, then through COVID. I havent made 10 years of payments, it's just over 10 years old. I wonder if that counts?
Don’t think so, pretty sure it has to be continuous payments. But fuck it. Apply anyway!
so Biden gave a press conference today to address the special counsel report about his handling of classified documents. the report also said that he forgets things and has a hazy memory according to their interviews
imo biden gave a pretty good speech about how he is fit to serve and there were mischaracterizations in the report about him. he was also good in taking questions from reporters
so of course at the end when he was off script and talking about Israel, he said Mexico is in the middle east
It's unfortunately a Comey moment for him, I can only hope it doesn't spell disaster. It's not a good look. There's no real spin you can pull to make it otherwise.
This is the election cycle where nothing about Trump, period, matters. But everything, period, about Biden, does.
Hate it, hate me, whatever. I hate it too. But it's true.
