I'm not sure if I'll get any hits on this as it's someone what of a niche job, but I was looking for some help inquiring about, well, the topic title. I'm working on a proposal for work that is centered around this and I'm looking for information.

How much time per day is spent on it?
How active are you with it (ties back to the last question)?
What is your average revenue? Monthly/yearly (I understand this is sensitive information for some, so I don't expect a lot of answers on this if any)?
What services do you use (Amazon, Ebay, other)?
Do you use any programs/websites to track your orders, stock inquiries, conditions?
Any helpful websites concerning this sort of thing?
How do you handle returns?

I already have the foundation for most of my proposal, but I'm now looking into sources I can use to back up my claims and other seller experiences. I understand, as this is a business that some of the information may not want to be throw out to the public, so if it would rather be confidential PMs are perfectly acceptable.
