Procaster and Livestream

I'm trying to start using livestream and pro caster and my issue is that it keeps saying "Internet too slow" "Lost Internet connection"

Now I know my connection speed isn't the issue as speed test.net shows 29.96 mbps and upload speed 17.63

I'm trying to figure out why the internet connection is acting funny. I turned off my firewall, are there any ips or ports i should open and allow on my router?

I can't get a steady Kbps rate at all it goes anywhere from 100-200 and then drops and loses connection and then reconnects.

Anyways if anyone has any insight on how to fix this it would be much appreciated.

The only thing I could think of outside of an ip or port to allow is that maybe my school internet is blocking the port or something somehow?

first of all, procaster blows ass. use either FME or xsplit.

FME is geeky as fuck but xsplit takes minutes to set up. your choice, don't use any other

edit: check the sticky in our streaming subforum in gaming.

well I stream on livestream channel that I joined with a few friends. Are there alternative programs to streaming via livestream other than procaster?

Xsplit works fine with livestream.
