BG SSFIV:AE2012 Tournament #2 Starts 4/13!

Going to give another run of this now that SFxTK is a dead game. Rules will be a mix of the first SF4 one and the more recent MvC3 one:

• All Skill Levels Welcome! - Everyone from the killers to SilentFreeroy is encouraged to join.

• Double Elimination - Since people can schedule their own matches to get things done quicker we'll go with double-elim this time.

• Match Point Up to Players(Until Top 5) - Matches can be best out of whatever the two opponents agree upon for the beginning rounds, my recommendation is best 2/3 but you can do whatever you want. Loser's/Winner's/Grand Finals will all be Bo5.

• Random Seeding - Same as usual, I'll be randomizing seeds with TournamentMaker. I will not alter the bracket based on any skill this time around since it's double elimination, how it rolls is what we go with.

• Player-Scheduled Matches Up To Top 8 - I'd like to get the top 8 recorded at the least so I'd like to have people together in the lobby, but up until that point players are responsible for setting up their own matches. This time around we will have hard cutoffs for each round to get wrapped up, unless we know in advance that you will be out and you can specify a time when the match can get done I'll be DQ'ing so we can get this done faster. If you want something recorded either find me so I can join the lobby, or save it to your Replay Channel so I can view it later.

• Character Lock On Win Only - Players are free to change characters between different tournament rounds, and within the same round if they have lost the last match. Players who have won the last match within a round must stay with their character, but are allowed to change ultras.
