Laptop Done Got The Devil In It

I didn't use my laptop for about a month or so, turn it on a couple weeks back, and I notice that my Avast isn't active. It won't let me turn it on, and it won't let me uninstall/reinstall it. I figure that it has to be some form of malware, MalwareBytes found a couple small things but removing them didn't do anything. Ran HijackThis, don't see anything particularly out of the ordinary that I can spot off the bat:

Can anyone have a look and let me know if anything on here looks bad? I'm trying to pick through googling this stuff but I've never really dealt with anything like this before, I've been pretty fortunate that most of my PC issues have been relegated to them just outright exploderating so I had to get a whole new one. Any advice on the next step to take would be appreciated.

Looks fine to me, you have one too many ad/malware software though, I'd unistall adaware,avast,etc, then reinstall them.

Try CCleaner if you need to cleanup the system from the leftovers of installations.

Thanks, I think what happened is a major file for Avast 5 borked, I'm going to try their uninstall tool and try installing the newer version.
