So, when we moved into our new apt, I didn't notice that our gas oven had all blank knobs (both for the stove and oven parts). When I asked the maintanance guy for a oven knob with a temperature label (I don't care about the stove since I can see the flames) I got a bs answer that was something like, "oh everyone keeps asking me for those! There are three places I buy parts from and they don't sell them anymore, so I can't get them!" (Guy is old so I guess doesn't know how to use the interwebs or some shit.)
Anyway, to further the problem, the stove has no brand name and/or model number listed anywhere we can access (not on the top, or inside oven, or on the back, can't life it up obviously.)
So, they have some universal knobs out there, but fuck I have no idea which one is the right one anyway. We looked online for pictures of ones so my husband could make a ghetto one to print out and tape to the blank one. The most common one we found that we could get a clear picture of (with the spacing) was this one:

I baked some sugar cookies using that spacing. The recipe called for 5-7 minutes for them to cook, it took about 12-14 for them to actually cook.
So, I'd like to try some other ones, but it's really hard to get a non-tilted non-blurry picture of them to test.
[edit]also, I forgot to mention, that for this oven, the knob is turned maybe ~350 degrees to get to the self-starting pilot light. Not sure if that matters, but it may indicate if you have a knob similar to what this oven should have.
tl;dr if you have a gas oven with a knob, take a close-up picture of it (not tilted) to show me so I can use it as a sample! TY~
