Razer Synapse problem

Anyone else having a problem with Razer Synapse? Here's my situation:

I have two Windows 10 computers, one with an Orbweaver and an Anansi, and my secondary which has a Black Widow, and both of them have the 2014 Naga. I got home today and turned on my main, and Synapse wasn't connecting, it kept freezing and crashing. I tried reinstalling and logging in, it took me to the setup window, but wouldn't show me my hardware. Whenever I turn on Synapse now, I get a system message saying that my various hardware has been discovered, but on the Synapse program itself, only the Naga shows up, and all of my profile settings are missing. It's like a blank slate.

On my secondary, all of my settings are still there. I had not shut my secondary down, though I did put it to sleep. But with both of them, the little light next to my email address is red. Very strange. Anyone experiencing anything similar, or have experienced something in the past? Based on the red light and the trouble I had logging in previously, I'm guessing the Synapse servers or however it works are down?

Edit: The rest of my internet is working perfectly fine, so it's not a connection issue on my side, as near as I can tell.

Update: I tried reinstalling Synapse again and tried to log in, and I got an error message saying "NETWORK NOT AVAILABLE." Once again, rest of my internet is working just fine.

I had this issue when I upgraded to Windows 10. Synapses kept telling me there was an update available, but when I tried to download I got the network not available message you described.

I fixed it by going into the control panel and uninstalling all my Razer software then downloaded the latest version synapse off their website

Yeah I saw that as a solution on some websites but it didn't work for me. After a while it just fixed itself, at the same time that the connection line went back to green. So I'm assuming there was some cloud syncing error. It was incredibly frustrating. Lost a whole night of gaming!

Yeah Windows 10 seems weird in some regards. Took me about half an hour just to get my smartphone to work on my machine last night.
