Tilde + typing Japanese

I broke it! I was able to type Japanese on my ps3 and now it's gone. I was trying to undo my lock-camera thing.. and hit a bunch of keys. (Fixed the camera at least.) Now I can't figure out what I did to my tilde.

Try hitting [left shift] and [alt] at the same time, then doing what you normally do. I have no clue how your shit is set up so this might not actually do anything for you.
