BC turn 3 & 4 questions

Having finally reached turn 4 last night, I've got some questions for them (turn 3&4)

1) Is the chest 100% guaranteed to pop? Or it's always in the same spot? We saw a chest last night, just somehow couldn't get to it. Or better yet, is it possible to farm the chest, by leaving duty after getting the loots and re-entering again?

2) Dreadnoughts in turn 4. Is it possible to stop it from eating the bugs?

Why would you want to farm a chest that gives X-potions/ethers? Turn 3 has literally become a run past everything and fuck it for our group, get out of there as fast as you can and move on.

First Dreadnaught you need to let him eat the spiders and deal witht he increased damage, the others the positioning is key tank the dreadnaughts to the side and have your Off tank stand in the middle to pick up spiders before they get absorbed
