Someone told me the Kracken club drop rate has been increased alot from like 2% to 40-50%. Anyone know if this is true or if it has how much it has been increased?

I've killed it 10 times since the patch, hasn't dropped once. The guy I'm helping to camp it has killed it about 50 times and hasn't received the drop. Maybe Shiva is broken. =\
