Actaully, I used to have frequent problems myself at work.
Uh.. are you at a home or work computer?

Oddly, my work always had problems accessing the site, so I had to restart DNS manually.

Go to run, and run services.msc, restart the DNS Client and DNS Server if thats there. If youre at home with no server, that may fix it, but if youre at work and connected to a bunch of servers, slap your admin and make him restart it there.

Dunno if its your prob, but would work for me.

Pretty much the same way my workplace filters out theorderls as "entertainment", and doesnt blurgartrls. Don't add a frontpage. Ever.
