Incredibly specific question about Arrapago first floor mobs

I put this information on the BGWiki for Arrapago first floor Northeast path mobs:
    * There are Reserve Drauger (DRG and THF) and Merrow on this path.
    * In the first hallway to the north there is a Reserve Drauger (DRG and THF).
    * In the first room there are 2 Reserve Drauger (DRG and THF) and Merrow Chantress (BRD).
    * In the second hallway to the north there is a Reserve Drauger (DRG and THF).
    * In the second room there are 3 Reserve Drauger (DRG and THF) and a Merrow Chantress (BRD).
    * In the third room there are 3 Reserve Drauger (DRG and THF).
    * In the hallway to the south there is a Gespant.
    * In the fourth room there are 2 Gespant, a Reserve Drauger (DRG and THF), a Merrow Chantress (BRD), and a door leading to the 2F Teleporter.
I got this information from both the old information on the BGWiki and the otherWiki. Can someone confirm that this information is correct, because all of the other paths have 13 trash (Drauger, Qutrub, Gespent) mobs in them while this one has 14. The extra could come from the one Drauger in the hall between the Southeast and the Northeast, or the information could be incorrect. Any assistance in this will help to perfect the information on the BGWiki and help to make the maps better.

Northeast indeed has 1 extra trash mob, and 1 less Lamia.

    * There are Reserve Drauger (DRG and THF) and Merrow on this path.
    * In the first hallway to the north there is a Reserve Drauger (DRG).
    * In the first room there are 2 Reserve Drauger (2x THF) and Merrow Chantress (BRD).
    * In the second hallway to the north there is a Reserve Drauger (DRG).
    * In the second room there are 3 Reserve Drauger (3x THF) and a Merrow Chantress (BRD).
    * In the third room there are 3 Reserve Drauger (1x DRG and 2x THF).
    * In the hallway to the south there is a Gespent.
    * In the fourth room there are 2 Gespent, a Reserve Drauger (THF), a Merrow Chantress (BRD), and a door leading to the 2F Teleporter.
Fixed the spelling of "Gespent" from your previous "Gespant", and changed the jobs that I know of for this path. Some might be wrong, but the first 2 single ones in the hallways are definitely DRGs while the first room's 2 are definitely THF. The number of DRGs is also definitely 3, with the THF count coming in at 8.

Also, DRGs drop VIT, THFs drop AGI, DRKs drop STR, and BLMs drop INT. I've been watching the jobs of the skeletons we've killed recently and as far as I can remember they've conformed to this pattern perfectly. We don't go northeast very often anymore, so I can't remember if the DRG one is VIT are DEX, but I think it was VIT.

Thank you again. I have Gespent spelled properly on the BGWiki in most of the places but I will fix that right now. For the Drauger, I am going to leave it with (DRG and THF) until I can make it exact, and I will hold off adjusting the drop table for them also until exact confirmation, but I will now use this thread to help get that confirmation. So can anyone help with that?

The real problem with this path is that hardly anyone takes it because of the Lamia drops, which makes confirmation more difficult.

Also, if you want to peek at the Arrapago BGWiki page and do a quick check of it to see if I have any other errors (no matter how minor) I would greatly appreciate it.

Re: Incredibly specific question about Arrapago first floor mobs

    Sure.

    - Sabotender Maestro doesn't drop hand cells, just stats. This is an old misconception. On a related note, you seem to be missing the Archaic Rampart, which can drop hand cells (and HP, MP of course).
    - QQA does not drop weapon cells.
    - QQTH does not drop magic cells.
    - Deviate Bhoots drop VIT, not MP.
    - You list Qiqirn Treasure Hunter as Qiqirn Treasurehunter. This should be fixed as links will be broken when the page for the monster(s) is made.
    - The northern path of 3F contains only DRK and BLM skeletons, no THF or DRGs as far as I know.
    - The southern path of 3F contains only DRK Qutrubs, no BLMs as far as I know. (not 100% confirmed on this one)
    - When you list the Merrow Icedancers of 3F's north path, you forgot to put (COR) at the end.
    - "The Qiqirn Treasurehunter will periodically drop Qiqirn Mines" should be changed to "The Qiqirn Treasurehunter will frequently drop Qiqirn Mines while running"
    - "1 Archaic Gear and 1 Archaic Gear roam the northern and southern third of this room." <- I'm not sure what you mean by this or why you didn't mention the Archaic Gears as well. There is one Archaic Gear and one Archaic Gears along the north side, and one of each along the south side, and they just wander the area on a random basis, not really roaming.
    - All Archaic Ramparts in this zone detect by sound - the only difference is that one of them is far enough out to get past without needing to cast sneak. It was mentioned in the Arrapago thread which one this was, I guess the south one.

The rest looks pretty good, but I'll probably go over your grammar and caps lock fever later with a comb, when I have time, if you don't mind.

Just to nitpick, it's spelled "Gespenst", not Gespent. Don't know if you want anyone touching the article right now while you're working on it, so I'll leave it for you.

I just checked the hex code, and sure enough you're right. I have to wonder why, Gespenst sounds ugly, while Gespent sounds right.

Edit: while we're on the subject, it's actually Reserve Draugar now that I look at it. *shrug*

Thats awesome, we have never fought this or plan to, so I needed the information!

I hardly ever pay attention to drops on runs besides 35's, too busy doing other things, so I can't really keep track of the drops. The information was just what I got both wiki's.

I was wondering about this, will fix.

Will wait for confirmation before making adjustments, but I will be on the look out on our next run.

Normal, I hate people that mess with my wording, LOL, but you are right, that is much more accurate.

The gear problem is a simple typographical error, it should be: "1 Archaic Gear and 1 Archaic Gears."

As for the wording, it was the best I could come up with, because everything else was either poorly worded or was descriptively incorrect. I used the term "third" because the Gear and Gears on the north and south sides will not move toward the center of the room past the columns. Side implies half, and I did not want to give the impression that they roamed that far.

Now, as to whether roam or wander is the correct discription, well they are synonyms. I guess I need to know what you think roam means and what wander means and how they are different.

I am almost positive that the first South Rampart if not more don't aggro sound (from person experience), but I am just going to remove all of the aggro information for them from the description.

Thank you for the help! If you want to fix grammar errors (punctuation, etc) that is fine, but in general I thought the wording was decent, and I am protective and anal. So if its not a true error I may change it back. LOL I didn't see where I overused Caps lock, unless you mean for job descriptions and if that is the case I would prefer if you left it that way! Again something I am anal about, but in-game job abbreviations are all done in caps, (e.g. if you do <job>) and that is the way I have always done it. (The new maps also use the same format).

Fixing your suggestions now! Thanks a ton.

Re: Incredibly specific question about Arrapago first floor mobs

I have changed the gear/gears description to:

**1 [[Archaic Gear]] and 1 [[Archaic Gears]] roam the northern third of this room and 1 [[Archaic Gear]] and 1 [[Archaic Gears]] roam the southern third of this room.

But that seems too wordy. Any alternative wording suggestions?
