Standard practice of factories (the ones that make stuff for the US) is that they have the 17th (their time) to 25th (china time) off. Some places have shorter times off but most are from the 17th to 25th. We get a slightly longer non-RMT time than usual due to weekends.

I'm willing to believe that they have stockpiled hundreds of Content IDs with a lvl 75 character, then just run through the list while SE bans them. When SE bans one, they have 20 others to choose from and are back on top tomorrow.

i was always under the assumption that China gave 5 day holiday for Chinese New Year but if not then i dunnno lol..

its also possible that they aren't working for 1 day only.. or that some people have not many families to really visit (or they're close by) so they can play abit, and then visit and then like take shifts.. They're numbers should definitely appear smaller at least for a while..

if they're still there in full force.. i dunno.. its possible they arent Chinese at all.
