Level Differency Lv75 with Lv1

well i dunno if this has been tell or ask before, i have a couple IDs that were been give to me from friends.

my question is, i love to go solo as a BLM in Mount Z. sometime i either bring another ID along with me to play 2 ID. sometime i bring a Lv60 RDM for refresh or another BLM to Duo or WHM to Raise 3 .

but my main question is what if i go as a BLM 75 and solo and bring another ID like PUP lv1 along in the same PT. How much EXP will he get out of my Soloing VT or IT ? or if it was a Lv30 ?

Why would you do that when you can lv from 1-20 in no time and get way better exp then you would sitting with a 75. alsoyour solo EXP would drop too
