What's up with the LFG Icons in peoples Avatars?

Pretty sure it's just for people with <100 posts based on what I've seen so far, although not sure why.

Possibly something to counter the problem of gilsellers making a bunch of accounts here for the sole purpose of PMing people links to their websites? I don't know what an avatar would have to do with that, but it could be a way of 'marking' them or something! ::shrug:: I have no clue.

I rather like it, as it gives the reader the forewarning that THIS POST MAY CONTAIN NO LESS THAT 98% LAWL AND WHAT THE CRAP. Certainly easier to skim through if you're looking for Bagel's new sig instead of 'how i kite faust'.
