Pain for no reason?

Ok bg so as far back as I can remember I've had these pains for no reason... Sometimes in my right arm sometimes in my left sometimes even my legs... Or all together anyway you get the point. I don't know whats going on and I have been ignoring it up until now. What could be causing this? It's kinda scary because I'll be sitting in bed and I'll start hurting out of no where. ! Please help.

Does the pain happen whenever you feel sleepy?

back on topic: i saw a show on discovery channel where people had chronic pain that seemed to come out of nowhere, was weird. if you havent been to a doctor, go to one(duh?), if you have and they say theres nothing wrong but it still hurts, then:

Cramps? Lack of blood flow (mentioned already).

Sometimes I'll get em during the night too. Wake up in excruciating pain holding a certain body part (no not that one) but then it goes away. I think it's completely normal, dunno why I think that, but pretty sure it is >.>a
