Forgive me if this has been answered somewhere else but I can't find it :/
Looking at weaponskills like Sidewinder who have an innate -accuracy penalty;
In a theoretical situation where your TP build has over 95% accuracy but is capped at 95%, you then WS using this same gear at 100% TP using a theoretical weaponskill which has a -30% accuracy penalty at 100%...
Would the resultant accuracy be (95% - 30%) = 65%, or would it be (95% - 30%), then add accuracy which is normally redundant, being over the cap? To make it clearer, suppose in theory you would be at "110%" accuracy, but it is capped to 95%. Would your final accuracy be 65% or 80%? ((95% - 30%) + 15%)?
Just wondering this because in certain situations like a TP burn, it would possibly be more advantageous for Rangers to load up on Ranged Accuracy gear and be able to weaponskill every time at 100% as opposed to having to wait for slightly higher TP for more consistent hits. I know little about Ranger and that's not the reason I'm making this topic specifically, so don't burn me down too much if my idea is completely unsuitable for Rangerthis is mainly out of curiousity.
