Weird POL Error

Every time I log into POL, it starts to load the friends list and this is the error I get.

I tried searching on the POL website under Service and Support, but it's a piece of shit. "How do I equip items?" was one of the search results....................

Anyways, any ideas on why this is happening and/or how to resolve it?

i was gettin that a ton yesterday....spammed retry and would eventually go through...rebooting helped too
