Is this actually possible? I've heard that you can get discernment to standard before day 29 for the head, then spam packages and get strength and endurance up to first class afterwards and apparently it will give you the big claws and tail. Never saw any confirmation though.

Is it true that hitting first class will change how the chocobo looks? I thought only the stats at day 29 mattered, but I've never changed plans midway.

Trying to raise a green chobi with all 3 "special" parts, since we all know the only use they have is looking cool. Any input is appreciated.

No, Chocobos don't change appearance after day 29.
So you either have the mental marker (long beak) or one/both physical markers (legs, tailfeathers).

Sorry, all three aren't possible. I had hoped to raise one, but one can't do Chocobo training before day 29, which is the only to get the stats high enough.
