Planning to level rng to 75 from level 3, any decent updated rng guides that I could read up on?

I'm not really recommending that one if you are looking for a 'proper' one. Cyth's Ranger 101 in Alla is good, but can be an exhaustive reading if you want to get through stuff very briefly
