Just came across this on /mu/ and holy shit it's fun.
Basically, you choose a song from your computer or a CD and it generates a chart. You then ride along the song and pick up color blocks of three that synchronize with the song. I really can't explain it well, so just try it and enjoy~

Currently uploading the exe on FileFront, pray that it doesn't get deleted.

Basically you move around on the ship and collect colors, you can play any song you own as long as it's in a pretty normal format like MP3, WAV, ect.

No can do, every site that had it up has taken it down. You can try rapidsearch but I did too and it failed when I downloaded it. I had to have a friend send it to me. Currently sending to Epical if any of you want it just let me know or if he's nice enough to also help.
