Im looking to see what it takes to kill this thing because im seriously thinking about the gloves since Im not sure if I'll be getting Skote or CFG soon.

Any info would be nice.

Any group that could kill medusa safely could go up to sky and farm a seiryu popset + kill seiryu in under an hour.

Should have a pair within 2 week, maybe even pants or 2 if you do it religiously, which isn't too hard to do with 4 people.

I did it 2-4 times / week for a couple months and we went 10/19 on glove appraisal giving them away to all our friends, and 5/33 on Pants. If you really can't get Whands or SKote, I would recommend doing The Ashu Talif, provided your group knows how to sneak attack the Captain to get the ??? Gloves every / almost every run.

Our TaT group can't even give away the barbar gloves anymore and they can't be npced :/

I bought mine from someone selling them in Whitegate, just save up the ??? hands and eventually one will be the Moufles to sell.
