2-3 Rdm Shall We Dance ENM Strategy

I've been looking for a strategy that allows 2-3 rdms to win this ENM without much trouble. I've used the search but it seems I'm not very good at that function since i usually git topics that are way off what i searched. Could anyone point me in the right direction ^_^ Any help would be much appreciated!

    Bring antidotes. RDM/NINx2

Start off with one red mage using Blizzard III on Parata to get hate on both.

Second red mage pops chainspell, Blizzard III Parata until it goes into its shell while the first red mage kites Bladmall. During this chainspell Parata will probably pop 1-2 offspring, be sure to sleep them between nukes. Each urganite can spawn up to 3 offspring. Offspring can be gravitied and silenced. They like to cast Shell IV, Curagas and Water III/Watergas. Second red mage rest up as best you can while it is in shell and not spawning babies. Keep dot's on.

Bladmall is easy to kite. It sits in shell for some time and likes to cast Flood. Be sure to sleep babies. Periodically run back towards second red mage, when you see Parata out of it's shell and Bladmall is not a threat pop Chainspell and nuke Parata. Take care about nuking while they are in their shell, RDM nukes are pitiful with the damage reduction you get. It will have to be a collective effort to get it down, one red mage will probably take too long and the offspring will overrun you.

After Parata dies it takes its babies with it. From there Bladmall is very easy to kill, just keep offspring slept and nuke when it's not in shell.

The addition of a third red mage would be support to the red mage not kiting, using Chainspell nukes when Parata comes out of its shell. 3 red mages is much more stable, 2 is just abit more risky with the time it could take - meaning the urganites have much more time to pop 6 offspring, and then you're dealing with 8 mobs to crowd control with two people in between having enough MP to nuke. But it's doable.

rdm (/nin to be safe) kite the 2 NM, without doing any action on them : just run close to the 2 nm and kite around.

rdm/whm x 1-2 : the 2 NMs will pop a maximum of 6 pets. When they pop; sleep/nuke them. They are weaklings (1000 HP ?). /whm is needed for erase, paralyne, poisona etc.

Once the 6 pets are killed kill Blademail (the one that does -ga spells)

There should be like 15 left at this point

Parata is the hardest one, chainspell nuke x2-3 should kill it. But it can bind paralyze and kill you easily, so if it doesn't work just nuke / kite or even DoT it to Death.

Eh, the nepionic spawns depop right when you kill the main NM. 3 RDMs can probably have two /blm, one /whm. 2 RDM zerg Parata, while other sleeps its pops as they come out, then move on to bladmall but don't waste MP nuking while he's in shell. 1 on sleeps, other two on DoTing it and nuking it when it's not in his shell.
