NPC Quest Glitch?

I usually try to solve any in-game issues I have by eliciting the help of a GM and or scouring sites like BG for information. Most of the time any problem I encounter is one others have already run into. In this case, however, it seems no one else has had this problem I'm having.

The problem will be evident after I explain what led up to it. For quite some time now my NPC has been Lv65 and I've had the "Mirror Mirror" quest active, but not completed. After the recent update I went and talked to Luto Mewrilah to get the "Clash of the Comrades" quest so that I could level my NPC to 70. I got the first CS from Luto then went to Ru'Lude Gardens and talked with Ajahkeem to get the second CS.

I was supposed to go and talk to Luto again for a third CS which would flag the quest for me. I must have been over anxious because I forgot to get the third CS and headed to Qu'bia Arena instead. Once I got there I realized I hadn't gotten the quest flagged, so I went ahead and did the BC fight for "Mirror Mirror".

Upon returning to Luto she now says "What can I do for you?" giving me the options of "What's new?" and "I'd like to start over." If I select what's new she just says something about appreciating my help thus far. I'm pretty much stuck having 2/3 of the "Clash of the Comrades" quest flagged and unable to get the final CS from Luto in order to officially flag it and have it appear in my quest queue. I have tried everything from waiting until a new game day, a new real life day, changing jobs, equipping my signal pearl, and trading my pearl to Luto. Nothing works.

Upon speaking with a GM I was told that a bug report would be submitted and that I'm pretty much SOL for now. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I might be able to try to get the quest flagged? Thanks!

I too had this same problem on the day of the update. I'd just assumed that I needed to increase bond since Mirror Mirror raises the cap to 120. I haven't had the time to comfirm yet. Quite honestly... it slipped my mind. I'll have to spam Raka calls and try to open open the quest again. I'll update if you don't beat me to it...

All of the other quests have a Familiarity requirement before you can do them, no reason to expect that this one does not as well.

First bond cap is 30, Picture Perfect is available at 35. Second bond cap is 50, Regaining Trust is available at 55. Third bond cap is 70, Mixed Signals is 80. Keep calling your NPC and using the "Let's Chat" option at the Rendezvous Point and you should get it.

Just let us know at what level of Familiarity you get it at. I want to put that information on the Wiki.

Also, out of curiosity, do either of you have Fellow Points unlocked? I want to find out if there is a Familiarity requirement for that as well.

I was able to unlock/spend Fellow Points @ 90 bond but still cannot get the cs from Luto to move on to the fight. A loosely guestimate my current bond at 95-ish (lost track) since completing Mirror Images.
