Firefox add-ons completely gone

Ok so yesterday for some reason I noticed all my addons for firefox were completely gone and everytime I went to the addon page to try and reinstall it I got some shitty error.

I upgraded to 3.0 just now and tried to install ffxi helper and no script again and everytime I try to reinstall ffxi helper I get this error

P.S. same thing happens for noscript ;\

meh scratch this, completely uninstalled firefox and reinstalled it
