Dynamis-Tavnazia Bugged?

So I took my LS to do Dyanmis-Tavnazia tonight and everything started fine, we killed the Bugard yadda yadda, so we move up to the third floor to find Antlion. Our PLD covers the whole circle and finds nothing. I decide to go out and help him. Again nothing. Eventually my whole LS is on both the second and third floor looking for either the Worm or the Antlion. We covered every crevice and found nothing. No Antlion, no worm. So basically it was a wasted night. Were we doing something wrong or is this quite possibly a glitch that screwed the whole zone over after Maint earlier this week?

Sounds very odd considering the worm is always up somewhere. Since the maint, the "Sheep in Antlion's clothing" ENM has also reported people being unable to pop the antlion due to lowered ambush radius (I myself have witnessed this).

GM popped outside Dynamis to apologize for the game not working correctly orz.

Is this an isolated case or is all instences of dynamis tav bugged now?

My dynamis ls is doing tav this Sunday. It would be such a waste of a run if its not working right.

Did Tav last three Tuesdays, worm and antlion came up normally. Maybe it's an error confined to a specific set of pop spots or a fluke, but it isn't affecting every Tav.

The worm in Tav moves around. Isn't always staying in one spot. We've had to run the cicrle a few times before it popped finally.

I don't think that's true, it seems more likely that someone just wasn't close enough to pop location when they ran around the first time. The game choosing from a collection of possible fixed pop spots is also the only thing that would make sense for the multiple instances of worm and antlion in the .dat files. Would be nice if I'm wrong, though, and could avoid ever pulling up worm in front of the hallways.

Edit: Can windower wireframe mode be used to verify Fiendishone's theory by seeing if the antlion or worm moves around underground or switches spawn points? For that matter, when regular worms go underground can you see them moving, or do they depop > repop?

Basically he said that because time ran out there was nothing he could do to help us even after he had told us that it probably was a bug/fluke or w/e. Typical GM uslessness. What are they even here for now if they can't even be helpful? lol
