Seems a worthwhile piece of gaer, at least best head piece for sch nuking.

Any thought about it?

Interested too if some have experience in the SCNM, if it's difficult to get to and to beat, and if the drop rates are great.

It's definitely the best headpiece for Eyes on Me for BLU (unless you need skill then Relic hat). For SCH idk AF Hat is pretty good and probably comparable for Helixes, this would definitely be better for Tier 4s.

It should hover between better or worse depending on your precise MAB, INT, and what tier you're casting. General 'rule' of damage on Tier IV spells is that 2 INT ~= 1 MAB though, so by generalization they should be equal. For my personal case, 1 MAB beats out 2 INT just slightly be 1-3 damage on Tier IV, but it'll vary by person. Demon's would almost certainly be better on lower tier spells due to less damage bonus per INT.

If you really wanted to know precisely you'd have to use the damage formula. Other than plugging in your exact ratio of MAB to INT, it's not possible to definitively say.

I second the info on the SCNM. My group did this one about a week ago and we wiped horribly so would like to hear some strats on how to deal with the eles.

Also, that headpiece is just cool to stand in. Bird man ftw.

Basically an army of blms. You need to kite Tzee and his elementals because they share hate and Tornado II x 4 + Verticose Sands is deadly. Not technicaly easy with the gravity aura.

We went in with that same idea and got creamed. The PLD couldn't kite because of that aura.

It's about the same as demon+1... literally a couple points of damage either way depending on factors....

However, Demon+1 can be used for elemental enfeebles, making this nothing more than inventory+1 for BLM.

Take a Sch and just open with Bindga after the tank pulls Tzee. The elementals bind easy and should allow the tank to get far enough away so he doesnt get spell raped. Then just have the blms AGA bind aga ect.
