Crossbow Borked

I'm sure others might have noticed, and I figured this wasn't advanced, and I don't know if posting here will help any with getting it fixed, but yeah, Crossbow delay is completely bugged. My 216 delay Velocity Bow shoots like my Selene's Bow, always. Level 75, no level sync on etc etc, just standard shooting bolts at stuff. Hope SE fixes this soon, it's really annoying :/

thf/nin, i just rely on crossbow for acid/bloody and it being nearly double the delay it used to be sucked, took me 25 mins instead of my usual 20, more of a nuisance

Just curious, why was crossbow delay "nerfed" or whatever reason it was altered in the update?

Must be something I'm missing here, but then again I haven't used a crossbow other than obow for a while now.

If Salvage can be entered more often than normal, that gets emergency maintenance.
If Sneak Attack works from the front, that gets emergency maintenance.
If crossbow is completely fucked? Eh, whenever we get to it.

Detonator did not exist in auto-translate for the last 3 months. RNG is not a priority, unless it's a nerf.

My only question is, why specifically exclude Loxley Bow? What's the point?
