She has an ability called "Brave Magic". As her brave (the big white number above the HP bar) gets bigger, her spells become stronger. As you can see, with 9999 Brave she starts casting ancient magics! If you kinda look closely... it also looks like every spell she starts casting at 9999 Brave has Elemental Seal popped on.

But she also has a series of assisting spells as well! From Bind, to Stun, to Bio.

During her Ex-Burst, if you pick the right spell to start off with (in this case, Flare) to correspond with the skillchain, on the top it says "Magic Burst !"

Megumi Hayashibara is inferior for this role.
Mika Kanai who plays Satoko Hojo in Higurashi no Naku Koro ni is superior and even has the exact laugh youd expect with the hand motion to go with it.
